The Cakebox is the result of Terry Young’s wish to write music for movies, theatre and TV.

Terry Young first time came into contact with Petter Wiik summer 1999, when Terry was looking for a producer. He quite quickly saw the potential of having Mr. Wiik as a partner in a concept that Terry already had baptised “The Cakebox”.

As their cooperation proceeded, a good partnership and a spirit of friendship developed between the two of them, and Mr. Wiik found the concept very interested from the time Terry first mentioned it to him.

The Cakebox has developed along with the cooperation between its two main partners, so that it can today offer numerous services: The Cakebox composes and writes, produces and arranges music in various styles - - classical, jazz, romantic and popular – both instrumental and vocal.

The Cakebox can provide music for:

• TV and Radio jingles

The Cakebox can also provide a full production team for recording artists.

The Cakebox will be present on the Internet with its own site from spring.
